To remain calm in the face of intensity.
Brave in the face of fear.
Steadfast in the face of uncertainty.
And curious in the face of anything that might otherwise stifle us.
To be aware of the experience we’re having as we explore with patience, determination, compassion, wonder and boundless enthusiasm all that we’re capable of.
All that we are.
To give the best of what we’ve got.
To do our best to let go of the rest.
And to do it again… and again… and again.
Only each time anew.
Each time learning a little more about how to be in awe of and at peace with it all.
